Pesticide Marketing Manager

Work Time: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Sunday off)
Salary: To be discussed in person (20% above the industry standard for the same position)

Requirements

English Skills:
- Good reading and writing skills
- Good listening and speaking skills
Work Experience:
- At least 8 years of pesticide-related working experience
- More than 5 years in a Marketing Department
- Knowledge of fertilizers is a plus
Knowledge:
- Familiar with various crop growth and plant protection (e.g., Cotton, Wheat, Rice, Corn, Potato, Vegetables)
Regulatory Knowledge:
- Understand pesticide registration rules in Pakistan
- Know how to select potential pesticide AIs in Pakistan
- Familiar with pesticide labeling laws and regulations in Pakistan
Communication & Training:
- Ability to speak at promotional meetings
- Ability to train sales staff on professional knowledge
Marketing Experience:
- Experience in marketing key pesticide products and achieving large sales volumes
Individual Characteristics:
- Responsible, serious, and rigorous in work
- Good communication skills
