Esencia International is looking for an Supply Chain/ Procurement Assistant for .
The role of an assistant will be to help the Directors/Manager for whom they work with tasks such as Production Planning;
Follow-ups from suppliers; issuing PO; Checking quality as per standards; dispatching of goods to distributors; reviewing, prioritizing, and responding to emails; answering and returning phone calls; organizing documents; maintaining records; and any other administrative tasks that help the executive perform their job.
Skills Required:
Good written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, time-management skills, ability to pay attention to detail, organization skills, ability to multitask, and basic understanding of frequently used computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Office.
