We are an equal opportunity employers and looking for someone who must have

1-2 years experience of working in a freight forwarding or import and export environment
Knowledge of import documentation
Knowledge of HS / CN codes
Knowledge of Incoterms
you will be responsible for preparing the entries and sending it to our entry partner
Arranging letter of authorities from the consignees
Arranging release with the line on customer behalf
Arranging deliveries to customer sites
Lodging / Checking the entries to ensure correct values and other commercial data is used
Checking that right taxes are paid and requesting corrections where there is discrepancy.
invoicing the customers and ensuring payments are collected in due time.
Checking supplier invoices and raising it with suppliers if any issues.
Ensuring high level of customer service is offered
Ensuring profit maximization.

You will be provided with full training

25 days holidays + Bank holidays.

We are a UK based company. Relocation will

be required as it's UK based vacancy.
