We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Program Officer to join our Equine Therapy Program team. As a Program Officer, you will play a vital role in coordinating and managing our equine therapy initiatives, ensuring the smooth delivery of transformative interventions to our participants.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Equine Therapy Program Manager to plan, implement, and oversee equine therapy sessions and workshops.
  • Coordinate logistics for the program, including scheduling sessions, arranging participant assessments, and managing necessary paperwork.
  • Assist in the development of customized equine therapy plans for participants to achieve their therapeutic goals.
  • Work closely with our team of experienced instructors and equine specialists to ensure a safe and enriching experience for both participants and horses.
  • Conduct regular assessments and progress evaluations to monitor participants' development throughout the program.
  • Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to promote the program and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Maintain accurate program documentation and data collection to support program evaluation and reporting.
