As a Customer Service Specialist at Eminent4U Private Limited, you play a crucial role in ensuring positive interactions between the company and its customers. This position involves a range of responsibilities geared towards excellent customer service and retention.

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers via telephone to resolve issues, providing information on products, account inquiries, and booking status.
Offer troubleshooting assistance and aim for first-contact resolution.
Utilize retention strategies to turn cancellation requests into opportunities for upgrades and savings.
Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to better assist customers.
Build and maintain positive relationships to encourage repeat business and satisfaction.
Collaborate with our UK team to provide timely updates on customer interactions.
