We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Managers - Immigration Advisors to join our team on a full-time basis. This role involves not only business growth but also assisting clients with their visit visa and immigration needs.

Responsibilities:

Brief clients on the benefits and necessity of specific immigration programs based on their individual profiles and needs.
Evaluate and check the eligibility of clients for various immigration programs, visas, or permits.
Tailor an immigration process that aligns with the client's background, qualifications, and goals.
Provide detailed guidance and advice on the required documentation, procedures, and timelines involved in the immigration process.
Collaborate with clients to understand their specific situations,
addressing concerns, and providing personalized solutions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws, policies, and regulations to ensure accurate and timely advice.
Build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Develop and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities, expanding the client base for immigration services.
Monitor and track immigration applications, providing support and guidance throughout the entire process.
Uphold confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive client information and cases.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher.
Strong business development, sales, or client management experience.
Passion for assisting clients with visit visa and immigration needs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
