Are you a motivated and energetic individual with a passion for sales? We are looking for a dynamic Cold Calling/Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth through proactive outreach and effective communication with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, and other lead generation strategies.

Pitch and Present Products/Services: Clearly articulate the benefits and features of our products/services to potential clients, tailoring the pitch to meet their specific needs.

Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Schedule Appointments: Set up meetings and appointments for the sales team to further engage with potential clients and close deals.

Follow Up: Conduct timely follow-ups with potential clients to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline.

Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics.

Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of all interactions with clients and update the CRM system regularly.

Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales, preferably in a B2C environment.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and handle objections effectively.

Self-Motivation: Highly motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.

Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
