1) Manage all aspects of the accounts department, including receipts, payments, and expenses in compliance with Income Tax Ordinance 2001.
2) Prepare daily petty cash and party Payments Vouchers for authorization from Directors.
3) Prepare monthly management accounts to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
4) Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
5) Utilize accounting software (Peachtree) tailored for manufacturing concerns to record and maintain accurate financial records.
6) Collaborate with tax consultants and provide him required data to submit quarterly withholding tax statements and annual income tax returns.
7) Ensure that all financial transactions are in line with the requirements of Income Tax Ordinance 2001. Consult with a Companies Tax consultant whenever required.
8) Liaise with tax consultants to stay updated on changes in tax regulations and ensure compliance.
