Key Responsibilities:

Full Stack Development: Develop, test, and deploy custom features or apps across the platforms to enhance functionality, improve performance, and solve technical issues.
Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize each platform for performance, usability, speed, and SEO to ensure the highest conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, etc.) to track key performance metrics, and develop actionable insights to inform decision-making.
UX/UI Improvement: Improve user experience through responsive web design and optimize UI for better engagement and conversion rates.
Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues on Amazon, Shopify, and Etsy stores, including integration with payment gateways, shipping solutions, and third-party apps.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and design teams to execute new features, campaigns, and strategies that enhance our online presence.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, Etsy) with hands-on expertise in full-stack development.
Tech Skills: Strong proficiency in front-end and back-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, PHP, and related frameworks). Experience with Shopify Liquid, Etsy API, and Amazon Seller Central is a plus.
Data-Driven: Comfortable with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, etc.) to make data-driven decisions.
Problem Solver: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges quickly and effectively.
Remote-Ready: Ability to manage time and priorities in a remote work setting. Strong communication and collaboration skills in a fully remote environment.
Proactive & Independent: Ability to work autonomously and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points:

Experience with automated systems and tools for inventory management, fulfillment, or marketing.
Familiarity with mobile-first web design and responsive development practices.
Knowledge of international e-commerce platforms, localization, and shipping strategies.
Passion for the e-commerce industry and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.
