We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sell-in and Sell-out Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing inventory levels, analyzing ordering data and ensuring that we meet sales-related sell-in and sell-out targets. This role is crucial for maximizing rebates and incentives and optimizing the utilization of finance and stock ability.

Responsibilities

Analyze sales data to forecast future demand and adjust inventory levels accordingly.
Utilize data analytics tools to track and report on sell-in and sell-out performance.
Identify trends and patterns in sales data to inform decision-making.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Collaborate with the sales team to align inventory levels with sales targets.
Work closely with the finance team to ensure efficient utilization of financial resources.
Maximize rebates by meeting sales targets and optimizing order quantities.
Liaise with various departments, including sales, finance, and supply chain, to ensure alignment of goals and strategies.
Communicate effectively with suppliers and vendors to maintain strong relationships.
Provide regular updates to management on inventory and ordering performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor\\\'s Degree in Business Administration, Finance and/or Equivalent
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
A person who seeks pride and satisfaction in precision.
Proficient with MS Windows, MS Excel and Email communication.

Skills

MS Office Suite
Experience with inventory management software and ERP systems.
Knowledge of financial principles and practices related to inventory management.
Familiarity with the electronics trading industry and its market dynamics.
