Elan Media requires a liaison officer for Bahria Town Office. As applicable to the position, candidate must maintain a clear understanding of Media and Video Production and conduct work with the highest level of integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Client Handling.
- Project Management and follow-ups.
- Office Management.
- Coordination.
- Keep record of organization’s statistics.
- Arrangements of meetings with clients in collaboration with the Company.
- Multitasking.
- Make in-depth reports of the office events.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communications skills, both oral and written.
- Excellent self-motivation skills
- Extremely flexible, and have the ability to cope with stressful situations and frustrations
- Ability to relate to and motivate staff effectively
- Creativity and the ability to work with limited resources
- Excellent decision-making skills
- Strong writing and presentation skills
- Proven capabilities in leadership required
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal and organization skills
- Fluency in spoken Regional Languages. Communication in English and Urdu is compulsory.
