Telesales Representative

At Eimex, we are leaders in the solar water heater industry, providing innovative and eco-friendly solutions to our customers. Our latest product, the hybrid (solar + electric) water heater featuring Incoloy 800, is setting new standards in efficiency and performance. As we prepare for the upcoming winter season, we are looking for a dedicated Telesales Representative to join our dynamic team and help us achieve our sales goals.

As an In-House Telesales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, managing sales calls, logging interactions, and boosting sales through effective communication and persuasion.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound sales calls to potential customers from inbound leads.
Present and promote our hybrid (solar + electric) water heaters and other products.
Answer questions and provide detailed information about product features and benefits.
Log all customer interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
Follow up with customers to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Provide feedback and insights to the sales team to improve processes and strategies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to persuade and influence customers.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Knowledge of the solar energy industry is a plus, but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus.
