We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Platform Manager to oversee and manage our presence on multiple e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Tiktok & Website.

Responsibilities:

Manage the overall presence and performance of our products on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Tiktok & Website.
Ensure accurate and compelling product listings on each platform, optimizing for visibility and conversion rates.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure product availability.
Analyze sales data and trends, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.
Develop and execute online marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and feedback.
Stay updated with industry trends, platform policies, and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience and optimize sales processes.
Perform other duties as assigned.
