Duties:

1: Analyzing incoming footage

2: Immediately using software to start creating the basic timeline structure and making instant creative decisions

3: Delegating tasks to the team of brolls editor, text editor, and animation designer.

4: The entire process for an 8-10 minute video must be completed within 30-40 minutes.

Other Responsibilities:

As soon as a client requests a revision, the team lead will understand them and then get those done by delegating the tasks to the team members.
You will also be responsible for the quality of the video products, so a high level of responsibility and attention to detail is essential.
Must have excellent working knowledge of Adobe Premiere, an expert understanding of English as well as US cultural video content styles.
Must have a strong creative vision!

A detailed training of the whole process will be given. You will be tested for at least a month before we give you a contract. You will be paid for the first month as well but if the first month goes well, only then you will be given a contract.

Salary: 100K to 150K depending on experience. You will also be given bonuses depending on the performance of your team.
