We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Etsy Account Manager. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in managing Etsy accounts, with a deep understanding of the platform's nuances and best practices. This is an office-based position where you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Etsy store operations.

Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize our Etsy store, including product listings, pricing, and inventory management.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and drive traffic to our Etsy store.
Monitor customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews, and ensure timely responses and resolutions.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product expansion.
Collaborate with our marketing team to coordinate promotions, campaigns, and social media efforts to support our Etsy store.
