The IT Officer will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing technical support, network administration, and system administration. Qualifications
- Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
- Experience in Information Technology
- Network Administration and System Administration skills
- Knowledge of IT security practices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Certifications in relevant IT disciplines (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA, Microsoft) are a plus
