Prepare tax payments/Challans
Filing of tax returns.
Update on company’s tax planning.
Recommend tax strategies that align with business goals
Assisting with complex tax considerations, such as rental properties and capital gains
Ensure that statutory deadlines for the filing of tax returns are achieved, liaising with clients efficiently where additional information is required.
Review complex income tax returns while identifying and mitigate tax risks.
Manage and coordinate tax audits ‘liaise with internal and external auditors and facilitate IRS income tax audits: preparing responses, creating schedules, etc.
Maintain tax balances on general ledger and prepare all tax papers on regular basis and handle all information data requests.
Plan for and develop overall return calendar and coordinate timing and inputs with tax team.
Monitor legislative and regulatory tax law developments, communicate the effects of these developments to management and the tax team and create strategies to capitalize on changes to taxation legislation.
Review tax returns and quarterly/yearly tax projections and prepare reports accordingly.
