We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager and oversee various aspects of project execution, client communication, and team management. This is a full time remote position. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and goals are met
  • Create and draft proposals for clients
  • Handle client communication, including email management
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar and schedule meetings
  • Oversee team workflow and assist with task delegation
  • Utilize project management tools (ClickUp, Trello, Asana, etc.)
  • Maintain organized records and track project progress

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of project management and client-facing experience
  • Proficiency with project management tools (ClickUp, Trello, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
