You will engage with the full software development lifecycle, from gathering requirements, designing solutions, to testing and deployment. Though this role does not currently involve managing a team, you will have the chance to mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices in coding and development within the organization. Responsibilities

Develop and customize Odoo modules and applications according to client specifications.
Perform system analysis, design, and troubleshooting of Odoo applications to ensure optimal performance.
Utilize Python programming and Odoo framework expertise to enhance existing functionalities or develop new functionalities.
Engage with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for system enhancements and new features.
Maintain and optimize PostgreSQL databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
Write clean, maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
Conduct unit tests and assist in user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate with team members in version control and project management using Git.
Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the Odoo framework, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
Participate in training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities to help junior team members grow their skills.
