We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Customer Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive sales. Your goal will be to build strong customer relationships and meet or exceed sales targets. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.

Sales Generation: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling our products or services.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.

Market Feedback: Gather customer feedback and market insights to help improve our products, services, and sales strategies.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Experience: Fresher can join

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Sales Skills: Strong persuasive and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Customer Focus: Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions that create value.

Time Management: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.

Salary/Earning

Target Based:

Our services are based. You have to sell at least 10 courses in a month. If you sell ten courses, your monthly salary will be Rs 15,000 to Rs 35,000 monthly.

Your fixed salary starts after 3 months. This will be your target base salary before 3 months.

Commission Based:

And if you want to work on commission, then it will not be your basic salary, it will be your direct commission and you get 20 to 25% commission on selling a service. And your salary on a commission basis is Rs 1 to 2 lakh. It depends on how much work you do, your earnings will be made accordingly.

Your fixed salary starts after 3 months. This will be your target base salary before 3 months.
