We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for automotive sales and a proven track record in driving business growth. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for expanding our client base, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in the international market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets for Japanese vehicle exports.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with existing clients and new prospects, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Sales Negotiation: Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals with clients.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with logistics and operations teams to ensure seamless vehicle delivery and compliance with export regulations.
- Report & Analyze: Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, prepare sales reports, and analyze performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Intermediate/Matriculation, Bachelors Degree in relative field is a plus point.
- Proven experience in automotive sales, with a focus on Japanese vehicles preferred.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations and export procedures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is required.
