Diwaar Group is looking for a Floor Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our company. The candidate should combine a pleasant personality with a dynamic professional attitude to supervise and lead our team.You will act as the ‘face’ of our company and ensure visitors receive a heartwarming welcome. You will also coordinate front desk activities, including calls, scheduling interviews. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail management and be able to create a positive, productive work environment. Responsibilities:

Prepare reports to track performance of employees to enhance efficient evaluation.
Administer all problems of employees and invite everyone for table discussion.
Investigate all issues on floor and assist to resolve all mistakes for management team and working staff.
Maintain efficient standard operating system for company and evaluate same.
Should be able to demonstrate excellent planning, time management, and organizational skills
Should be able to work and remain calm even under pressure situations, and should be able to address and resolve any relevant issues
Should be able to work with a diverse range of people and communicate with them effectively
High levels of confidence, maturity, and competence are required
Ensure company’s policies and security requirements are met

Requirements & Skills:

Proven work experience as a Front desk manager or Reception manager or Floor Manager.
Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. printers)
Thorough knowledge of customer service, office management and basic data keeping procedures.
Proficiency in English (oral and written)
Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
Excellent communication.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Problem-solving skills
High School diploma; additional certification is a plus
