We are seeking a talented and experienced YouTube SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of YouTube's algorithm, SEO best practices, and the ability to increase our channel’s visibility, engagement, and subscriber base.

Responsibilities:

Conduct keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and topics for video content.
Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails to improve search rankings.
Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and views.
Analyze YouTube Analytics and other metrics to measure the effectiveness of SEO strategies and make data-driven decisions.
Stay updated with the latest YouTube trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Collaborate with content creators to ensure videos are optimized before publishing.
Perform competitor analysis to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a YouTube SEO Specialist or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of YouTube's algorithm, SEO practices, and video marketing.
Familiarity with SEO tools such as TubeBuddy, VidIQ, Ahrefs, Google Trends, etc.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
