Telesales Agent

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated Telesales Call Center Agents to join our team. As a Telesales Agent at Digixperts Limited, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and ensuring exceptional customer service. This position is ideal for both fresh graduates looking to start their careers and experienced professionals aiming to further their expertise in telesales.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Inbound/outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products and services.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve sales strategies and processes.

Requirements:

Strong English speaking skills are a must.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Positive attitude, resilience, and a strong work ethic.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant training is a bonus.
