We want to grow fast throughout the US and continue to work with top clients within various industries, delivering unbeatable results and exceptional brand campaigns. Therefore, we need a support representative who is able to close sales calls with our clients mostly in the USA.

Job Description

Pass along valuable customer information to sales, marketing, and supply chain in order to further enhance our ability to service customers
Able to understand and communicate fluently in English.
Monitors and investigates customer orders, and coordinates internal and external product flow
Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Able to communicate with the clients through video conferencing explaining our business values and proposition to close sales calls.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Generating a new customer base while retaining current customers.

Qualifications

Handle stressful calls and issues with a calm and reassuring demeanor and attitude
Educate customers on product/service for optimal understanding and ease of use & accessibility
Offer solutions quickly and be conscious of their time as well as your own
Special projects and other duties as assigned
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong Zoom Video Conferencing skill is a must.
