Job Description:
As a Senior Social Media Marketer at Digital Tech Box, you will play a crucial role in shaping the online presence of our clients and driving their success in the e-commerce arena. You will have the opportunity to work with international clients and create impactful social media campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies tailored to our US and UAE clients.
- Create compelling and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and targeting.
- Monitor social media trends and analyze performance metrics to adjust strategies and maximize ROI.
- Engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages promptly, and maintain a positive online presence for our clients.
- Collaborate closely with our content team to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry best practices and emerging trends to continually enhance our social media strategies.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, sharing your expertise and insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Proven track record of 3 years in social media marketing, with experience in a senior or leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective social media strategies that have driven results.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
- Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of social media trends.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
