Responsibilities:

  • Creating concept sketches, illustrations, and final designs of characters based on project requirements.
  • Collaborating with the art team and other departments to ensure consistency in character design with the overall art style and game vision.
  • Developing character expressions, poses, and animations to convey personality and emotions effectively.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends and techniques to continually enhance skills and contribute to the evolution of character design within the project.
  • Ensuring characters look great on different platforms.
  • Keeping up with industry trends and continuously improving skills.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 to 4 years of experience as a 2D character designer with a strong portfolio.
  • Certificate, associate’s degree, or bachelor’s degree in Character Designing.
  • Proficiency in using digital illustration software such as Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Understanding of anatomy and character proportions.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of animation principles is a plus.
  • Passionate about games and storytelling.

Location Preference: North Karachi, New Karachi, Nazimabad, North Nazimabad, Bufferzone.

Note: Applications without portfolios will not be entertained.

Preferable Candidates: Noted areas. Freelancers will not be given preference.
