We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Agent. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

- Assist customers with account inquiries, billing issues, and product/service questions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in customer service or a related field.

- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
