We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to transform large datasets into actionable insights that drive our client's business decisions.

In this role, you will dive into campaign performance metrics, analyze customer behavior, and optimize marketing strategies through advanced analytics. You will play a vital role in turning data into a competitive advantage for our clients, working alongside cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions that deliver tangible results.

Key Responsibilities:

Extract, clean, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources, including Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing platforms.
Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio to provide visual insights for stakeholders.
Conduct A/B testing, cohort analysis, and other statistical experiments to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
Develop predictive models and algorithms using programming languages like Python or R to forecast performance and trends.
Analyze e-commerce metrics like cart abandonment, LTV (Lifetime Value), and churn rate to optimize customer acquisition strategies.
Provide actionable insights through reports to improve marketing ROI and efficiency.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing audits and data quality checks.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
At least 2-4 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a marketing or e-commerce environment.
Proficiency in SQL for database querying and familiarity with cloud platforms like Google BigQuery or AWS Redshift.
Advanced knowledge of Excel (including pivot tables and advanced formulas).
Familiarity with data visualization tools and machine learning frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
