We are seeking a motivated and organized Business Management Executive with 1-2 years of experience to support the operational aspects of the business. The role is a hybrid position where the first part of the shift will be on-site at our Okara office, and the latter part can be done remotely. You will work closely with various teams to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day business activities, assist with business planning, and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing day-to-day business operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.  
  • Support the senior management team in strategic planning and decision-making.  
  • Help coordinate internal projects and ensure that teams meet deadlines and targets.  
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents to support business activities and management decisions.  
  • Monitor and evaluate performance metrics and identify areas for operational improvement.  
  • Handle administrative tasks, including managing business records, contracts, and other documentation.  
  • Assist in maintaining clear communication between teams and departments to ensure alignment on objectives.  
  • Support client management by addressing inquiries, assisting with onboarding, and maintaining client records.  
  • Oversee financial tracking and help in budgeting processes.  
  • Identify and implement process improvements for greater operational efficiency.  
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.  
  • Participate in virtual meetings and work remotely as required (11:00 PM to 3:00 AM).

Requirements:  

  • 1-2 years of experience in business management, operations, or a similar role.  
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.  
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage projects and priorities effectively.  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other business management tools.  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.  
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.  
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to solving problems and improving processes.  
  • Comfortable working the specified hours (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM) with a combination of on-site and remote work.  
  • Reliable internet connection for remote work during the specified hours.
