Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Amazon Seller Central: Oversee daily operations, including order processing, customer service, and account health monitoring.
- Optimize Listings: Enhance product listings with optimized content (titles, descriptions, keywords) and compelling visuals.
- Advertising Campaigns: Plan, create, and manage Amazon PPC campaigns to maximize product visibility and ROI.
- Inventory Management: Track and manage inventory levels, ensuring stock availability and handling FBA shipments.
- Market Analysis: Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Performance Reports: Monitor and report on sales performance, ad spend, profitability, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Customer Service: Handle customer queries, reviews, and feedback to ensure high levels of satisfaction and account health.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies and guidelines to maintain account health and avoid suspensions.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central (2+ years preferred).
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of Amazon PPC, listing optimization, and FBA processes.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, Excel, and understanding of key Amazon metrics.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues and adapt quickly to changing market dynamics.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer service.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Surgical and Sports Industry is a plus.
- Certification in Amazon Advertising or similar credentials.
- Proficiency with third-party Amazon tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar platforms.
