We are a software house looking for a charismatic and result driven Sales Fronter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, acting as the face of our company and the champion of our innovative software solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels (e.g., inbound calls, social media, networking events).
  • Relationship Building: Develop rapport with prospects, actively listen to their needs and pain points, and understand their business goals.
  • Solution Presentation: Clearly articulate the value proposition of our software products and how they address specific customer challenges. Deliver compelling presentations that showcase product features and benefits.
  • Qualification and Pipeline Management: Effectively qualify leads, prioritize opportunities, and progress them through the sales funnel.
  • Data Entry and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales team and other departments (e.g., Marketing, Technical Support) to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Must Have:

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience (preferably in B2B software sales).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
  • Active listening skills - you can truly understand customer needs and concerns.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage and educate an audience.
  • A passion for technology and a strong understanding of how software can improve business processes.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a drive to exceed targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales tools is a plus.
