The successful candidate will be responsible for creating technical content and conducting research for our digital platforms, including websites, social media, and blogs.

Day-to-day tasks include but are not limited to researching and analyzing technical topics, working with subject matter experts to create content, and producing high-quality written materials that are easy to understand.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Journalism, Technical Writing, or a related field
2+ years of experience in technical content writing and research
Experience in a technical industry, preferably in the IT sector
Excellent written and verbal communication and research skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Familiarity with content management systems and SEO best practices
Experience with graphic design and video editing is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
