As our Social Media Manager, you will leverage research-driven insights to craft compelling content that resonates with our target audience. You will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy, ensuring our brand voice is consistent and impactful.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and audience preferences for content development.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Analyze social media performance metrics to inform future content strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging with overall marketing initiatives.
- Engage with our community through comments, messages, and discussions to foster relationships.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in social media management or content marketing.
- Strong research skills and the ability to generate insights from data.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with paid advertising on social media platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
- Understanding of analytics tools to track performance.
