We are looking for a talented and passionate Fashion Designer to join our team and play a key role in developing our upcoming collections. You will be responsible for the entire design process, from brainstorming initial concepts to creating final production sketches.

Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify current trends, fabrics, and styles.
Develop and present mood boards and design concepts.
Sketch designs by hand or using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
Source and select fabrics, trims, and notions.
Develop product specifications and technical details.
Create and oversee the creation of sample garments.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure garments meet quality standards.
Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and industry developments.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field (preferred)
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design skills
Experience with sketching, draping, and pattern making
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or similar design software (a plus)
Excellent understanding of fabrics, trims, and construction techniques
Keen eye for detail and a strong sense of style
Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills
