Degilo is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. In this full-time role, you will work closely with one of Degilo's clients, a leader in the custom manufacturing industry, focusing on the agriculture machinery sector. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic business environment that involves intricate collaborations with multiple vendors for products that are sold but not manufactured in-house. The role demands a deep understanding of diverse supply chains, vendor relations, and the complexities of custom manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation: Generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales within a complex custom manufacturing environment.
  • Product Knowledge: Invest in learning the extensive product line and understand the nuances of custom manufacturing to communicate benefits effectively to potential clients.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with multiple vendors and clients, ensuring smooth transactions and high client satisfaction.
  • Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends and developments in the agriculture sector. Use market data to identify sales opportunities and areas for product development.
  • Feedback & Reporting: Provide regular feedback to management on customer needs, market trends, and sales performance to support continuous improvement.
  • Brand Representation: Uphold the client's values and commitment to providing innovative solutions to the agricultural sector.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technical sales or custom manufacturing. Experience in managing sales through calls is essential.
  • Education: A 4-year bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Communication: High-level command of English (both written and verbal); excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and Marketing Tools: Proficiency in using CRM software, email marketing tools, and task/project management platforms.
  • Sales Skills: Strong negotiation skills, self-motivated, and driven to achieve sales targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: Passion for agriculture and familiarity with agricultural machinery and processes are a plus.
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to manage complex sales processes, including multi-vendor coordination.
  • Availability: Must be available Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM CST (USA time zone).
  • Lahore-Based Hybrid Work Model: The candidate must be based in Lahore, with the ability to work in a hybrid model (remote and in-office).
