We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer and Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience and user interface design, coupled with development skills to bring creative and functional digital solutions to life. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and a keen understanding of user behavior to deliver seamless and engaging experiences across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing, to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering, ensuring the best user experience.
Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to iterate on design solutions and ensure user-centered design principles are maintained.
Create high-fidelity prototypes and mockups for web and mobile applications.
Implement front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies to create responsive and accessible designs.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, techniques, and technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proven work experience as a UX/UI Designer and Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design and development skills.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Strong knowledge of front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with additional front-end frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
Knowledge of user testing methodologies and tools.
Understanding of accessibility standards and guidelines.
Experience in creating and maintaining design systems.
