We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft technology sales and digital transformation consulting. This role requires expertise in online marketing, demand generation, campaign management, podcasts, customer engagement, brand expansion, and effective presentation and marketing for online channels.

Online Marketing:Develop and implement comprehensive online marketing strategies to promote Microsoft technology sales and digital transformation services.

Demand Generation:Create and execute demand generation campaigns to drive leads and revenue growth.

Campaign Management: Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising.

Podcasts: Plan, produce, and promote podcasts that highlight our expertise in Microsoft technologies and digital transformation.

Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.

Brand Expansion:Work on expanding the company's brand presence in the market, increasing visibility and recognition.

Presentations:Create and deliver compelling presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients and partners.

Analytics: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on Microsoft technology sales and digital transformation consulting.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Skills:

Proficiency in online marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo).
Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies and digital transformation trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to create engaging content for various online channels.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Experience in managing podcasts and other multimedia content.
Proven track record of successful demand generation and campaign management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
