We are seeking a passionate and dedicated German language teacher to join our team. We offer a competitive hourly and monthly salary.

Requirements:

Proficiency in German (B1 or B2 Goethe certification)
Freshers are welcome to apply

Key Responsibilities:

1. Curriculum Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive German language curriculum that aligns with established educational standards and objectives.

2. Lesson Planning: Plan and prepare engaging and interactive lessons that cater to the varying needs and proficiency levels of students.

3. Instruction: Deliver lessons that effectively teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and other language skills through a variety of teaching methods and resources.

4. Assessment: Assess student progress through regular quizzes, tests, and assignments, providing constructive feedback to help students improve their language proficiency.

5. Individualized Support: Provide additional support and assistance to students who require extra help, including personalized tutoring sessions and resources.

6. Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning, enforcing discipline when necessary while fostering a culture of respect and cooperation among students.

7. Cultural Integration: Integrate cultural aspects of the German-speaking world into lessons to enhance students' understanding and appreciation of the language and its context.

8. Professional Development: Stay updated on current trends and best practices in language teaching through professional development opportunities, workshops, and conferences.

9. Parent and Stakeholder Communication: Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders regarding students' progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.
