We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee all financial operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:
- Oversee the entire accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize profitability and efficiency.
- Manage and reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial transactions.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance to ensure accurate and timely completion of work.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the accounting team.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay up-to-date with relevant accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal controls.
- Prepare and file tax returns, audits, and other regulatory reports.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor actual expenses against budgeted amounts and take corrective action as needed.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Certified Public Accountant (ACCA-CPA) or equivalent certification preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
