We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our auto parts sales team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth for our auto parts products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with automotive dealerships, repair shops, and other potential customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Conduct sales calls, product demonstrations, and site visits to promote our auto parts products
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to maintain a competitive edge
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product management, to drive sales growth
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of sales experience in the automotive industry or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of automotive systems and parts
  • Experience with sales automation tools and software
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
