The key responsibilities include the following but is not limited to

  • Overall responsibility of achieving business targets assigned to his/herregion.
  • Overall responsibility for the superior repayment performance of a portfolio of customers created under his/her leadership in the region assigned to him.
  • Overall responsibility of business planning, business process management and execution of marketing and communication activity.
  • Overall responsibility of making sure that all the processes defined are being adhered to in the branches/ areas allocated to him/her.
  • Overall responsibility of expansion in the allocated geography.
  • Overall responsibility of building a professional team of Area Managers, Field Managers and other field staff and grooming them to deliver superior performance.
  • Overall responsibility for training, engagement and other capacity building efforts targeted towards channel.
  • Overall responsibility of performance management of regional/ area team.
  • Develop a culture and ensure implementation of full compliance of internal policies at all levels in Field Offices.
  • Close the loops on all internal audit and risk matters in his/her region within agreed time lines
  • Monitor individual branch performance in all KPIs and provide guidelines for achieving goals
  • Overall responsibility for all issues related to administrative matters in his/her region
  • Develop succession planning and pipelining across the region

ppThe roots of Damen Support Programme (DSP) lie in a non-profit organization set up in 1992 by the name of Development Action for Mobilization and Emancipation (DAMEN) under Societies Registration Act, XXI of 1860. DAMEN started its operations with aim of working for alternative development at grass-root level in Pakistan. It was an alliance of social scientists, philanthropists and professionals from various fields having significant experience of working with NGOs within and outside Pakistan. DAMEN with its social sector programs initiated the micro credit program in 1996 on a small scale to develop the economic activities in the communities and with their own participation exclusively focusing women. In 2015 Damen with the intention of having better focus on a core activity of financial inclusion, to create synergies with its social sector programs, bring in more donors & investors and to have greater access to funds from commercial banks, spinned-off its micro finance sector into a separate legal entity by the name of Damen Support Programme (DSP). DSP has been registered with Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) under section 42 of Companies Ordinance 1984 as a not-for-profit entity../p/p
