We are excited to announce a new opportunity at Cyber System for the position of Business Development Manager (Medical Billing). We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our efforts in expanding and developing business in the medical billing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the medical billing domain.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Monitor performance metrics and report on business development activities.

Qualifications:

3 to 4 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in the medical billing or healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of medical billing processes, regulations, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and lead a team to achieve set goals.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
