We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our outbound campaign team in night shift. As a solar and energy Outbound Campaign Representative, you will be responsible for initiating conversations with potential customers, educating them about the advantages of solar energy and utility bills, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the environment while contributing to the growth of our company.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to discuss the benefits of solar energy and utility bills.

• Educate customers on various solar products and services offered by the company.

• Qualify leads based on their interest and eligibility for solar installation and utility bills.

• Schedule appointments for our sales representatives to conduct in-depth consultations.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system.

• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to effectively convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.

• Knowledge or interest in renewable energy and sustainability is a plus.

• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets and driving results.

• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is advantageous.
