  • Email clients about our products and services.
  • Follow up with clients and resolve their queries.
  • Maintain record and data in Excel file.
  • Generate leads and report to Senior Management.
  • Sends appropriate product information and follows up with clients.
  • If needed works closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provides reports as needed.
  • Organizes and places multiple calls within a specific shift, maintains accurate records of calls placed and results of calls.
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BBA/MBA
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills including excellent phone presentation skills (ENGLISH)
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications especially Excel.
  • Experience utilizing the phone, email and marketing materials,
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, plan and coordinate activities/time, ability to manage ones workload.
  • Proactive, detail oriented, team player, and have strong technical and analytical skills.
  • Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare report.
  • Ability to meet and/or exceed established number of outbound calls.
  • Effective listening skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
