We are seeking a motivated and skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English with excellent communication skills and will thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment. A graduate is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery and distribution.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Oversee shipment tracking, address any issues promptly, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for reporting and documentation.
- Perform accurate data entry with strong attention to detail.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Resolve conflicts and issues with a solution-oriented approach.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong data entry skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to connect with people on a personal level while maintaining professionalism.
- Quick learner, detail-oriented, and adept at conflict resolution.
- Self-motivated with the capability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to commit to long-term employment with the company.
