Position: Credit Officer

Location: KHI, LHE, ISB

The Role:

We’re looking for someone who will market our products to partners & potential clients. This is a field role that requires you to generate loan applications as per defined targets.

Responsibilities

Marketing financing/loan products directly & via partner organizations
Driving product sales: pushing for credible financing/loan applications & generating loans as per targets
Maintaining product & location-wise MIS for loan applications received & approved
Ensuring lending & recovery targets are met on time
Performing regular reviews of default loans
Adhering to recovery policy/procedures
Reviewing & completing client files
Tracking loan portfolio & providing feedback
Managing client relationships & ensuring success of loan portfolio

We're looking for:

Self-driven & passionate men and women who have
Market & competitor knowledge: knowledge of microfinance market niche & microfinance products, customer profiles, financial needs, customer behaviors, geographical markets, financiers’/competitors’ products & USPs
Understanding of microfinance prudential regulations (SBP & SECP)
Understanding of banking computer-based software, systems, & digital lending

Strong skills:

Marketing & sales management, portfolio analysis, monitoring, analytical (market & financial assessment), oral & written communication
Ability to travel in Pakistan
Ability to meet personal and unit’s objectives (quantitative & qualitative)
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to undertake extensive field visits for lending/recovery drive
