We are seeking an experienced and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible to enhance engagement across all social media platforms. This role requires a creative and analytical mindset, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Key responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms including Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others
Create and curate engaging content.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, tools, and technologies
Manage and oversee social media content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent posting.
Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and queries in a timely manner.
Analyze competitor activity and provide recommendations for improvement Manage social media campaigns, optimizing performance and return on investment (ROI).
Ensure compliance with social media policies and guidelines

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics, creative thinker and content creator.
Experience with paid social media campaigns and budget management. (Not really necessary)
