Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
Collaborate with clients to develop effective account strategies, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
Utilize CRM software to track account activities, manage client information, and analyze account performance metrics.
Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and pitch decks to showcase advertising and marketing solutions that drive client engagement.
Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm and generate innovative ideas tailored to client needs.
Monitor industry trends and competitors to provide insightful recommendations for account growth.
Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts related to account performance and profitability.
