Verification of PD, PCR, Wash load and Bulk recipe chemicals and highlighting any difference of chemicals in them.
Verification of 1st Wash load Risk Analysis along with Shade approvals and measurement analysis
Verify that garment induction is done cut/shade wise while issuance is done after QC batch quantity counting and QC shade approval confirmation
Verify that GDP working is done size and shade wise along with the QC checkpoints where applicable.
Verify that QC/Production reports are being made/shared as per requirement
Check that chemical issuance/management is being done sale order wise
